We replicate your worn or obsolete steel parts from a sample or drawing — lost-foam casting, parts from 25 kg, rough & finish machining, EN 10204 3.1. No minimum-order headaches. Built for the parts big foundries won't touch.

Cast blank or fully machined finished part via partnered CNC shops — you choose.

Heavy steel castings we have produced — machined to drawing. Material and spec are confirmed against each customer's sample or drawing.
We supply replacement / analogue parts only. We do not reproduce OEM trademarks or patented geometries for resale as genuine. Exact material grade (e.g. 45#, 28Mn, 35NiCrMo, ZG series) is per your specification.
We also supply as-cast blanks or rough-machined stages — you decide how far we take it. Final machining is done to your drawing.
Material (carbon steel, low-alloy steel, ductile / grey iron) and machining depth are confirmed against your sample or drawing.
